Simulacrum - Chapter One

Version 1.1.0 is now available!

With an improved texture for Abigail, an overhauled French translation, difficulty changes, and more (expand to see patch notes).

Improved Abigail

After seeing a lot of criticism about Abigail's face we started to improve her for Chapter Two. It became such a significant improvement that we decided to update Chapter One's texture to this new version, while model improvements will come in the second chapter.

Difficulty Changes

For this update, we have renamed “Normal” difficulty to “Hard” and “Easy” difficulty to “Normal.” We felt this better reflected the difficulty of the clock and valve puzzle which we've seen a lot of players really struggle with.

We've also made some small changes to the clock puzzle itself to make it a little easier to solve, such as giving access to the shortcut through this room much earlier.

French Translation Overhaul

We're happy to say that the French translation has been completely redone and we apologise for how broken this translation was before.
