- исправлена коллизия врагов друг с другом
- исправлен поворот врагов
- исправлен рестарт (типа)
- добавлены индикаторы здоровья и маны (задел на будущее)

- спавн (недоделан визуал)
- простейшее передвижение
- простейшая стрельба
- арена в виде квадрата посреди пустоты
