Hi, uh... So here's what's happening. A while back, I rediscovered an enjoyment of drawing my own characters as well as started humoring thoughts of wanting to spread out and do art of characters belonging to other people I think are cool too. I've also gotten a pair of wonderful partners and am still making steps to improve myself.

With that in mind, this project... uh... has gotten no feedback whatsoever. Is it good? Is it bad? I can't tell. Few have seen it and fewer still have said anything. I can only surmise that the number of shits given about this project is roughly zero.

I still definitely wanna do the writing (even though doing full-effort sprites sounds like a pain and same for relearning renpy), but I also want to explore my other artistic desires, so...

How about this? If enough people say they wanna see this project, I'll resume working on it. Until then, I'll leave it be and continue working on my art skills and branching out my interests. To the few who have played the first chapter, I really do appreciate it and hope you enjoyed it.

(Lack of) Progress Update:

Not dead, still gonna do it

I've learned what a "Multiply Layer" is and I'm experimenting with using it. I wish I experimented with it before I started drawing everything, though.

I realized that I still had to...

1: Give everyone expressions (Done)

2: Make the textbox. (Done)

3: Make the font. (Uhhh)

I also still have to figure out how to make the background-ambience-noise-stuff loop seamlessly.

Lake Monster progress

Progress on Serpenscheme

Trying to keep this frog-demon from looking weird. The extra lines make him look more frog-like, but it makes him look a little strange.

Added an icon for flavor

First action shot I've tried to draw in a LONG time. I'm doing better than I thought I would, at least.

I can't get the three-pronged arrow to look normal either, so it opens now I guess.

Edit: Scratch that. The harpoon gun's not coming out well.

I imagine the circle of Wrath to be pretty empty.
