only other instance of this i can think of isn't in p4, but it's cognitive akechi's portrait ( i think that's what this is if memory serves correct )

he has the dot thing but not the shine

a cool detail in p4 i noticed is that mitsuo is one of the only characters to have no shine on his eyes or that extra dot thing in the middle, making him look even weirder
