Because of my on-off work cycle, this project doesn't get constant attention. Work's still being done behind the scenes, even if it's slow. It'll come out eventually! No one paid money for this, at least, so its not as bad.

Figured out a way to do battle music intros to prevent weird looping (you may possibly recognize the song, album was released under CC BY-NC-SA so i can use it as long as its attributed to the creator, and industrial fits well :D)

Enemy state sprites! There won't be a state sprite for every single state, but I plan to do ones for at least unarmed, fallen, and on fire. ignore him doing a crowbar attack while disarmed, his fights not fully finished
