Since Dinosaur Savers: Intercept have a different story with the visual novel, so this visual novel of “Dinosaur Savers” is not connected with Dinosaur Savers: Intercept to avoided the confusion of the story of both game.
However, the extra game, which also made in Tyranobuilder, have nothing to do with the story as it was mean to let the player known about the characters.
