My list

1) Piracy/Mods

It's trashy to do something like that if it's an indie developer, but if it's an app from a big corpo studio and it expects you to pay, like, 30 dollars a month or something, then piracy just ain't that bad.

2) Stealing pets from abusive owners

Yeah it's illegal to steal someone's pet, but when that owner is abusive, there's some kind of moral high ground you have when stealing it? Like, "yeah I stole your dog, but you locked your dog outside in 90° temperatures."

3) Throwing hands

Yeah, it's bad, but I don't know. Punishment worthy, yeah, but it just doesn't feel like jail time.

4) Recreational drugs

I dunno, I just feel like they shouldn't be illegal.
