Client to server movement test for the arpg portion of our unique arpg player vs. rts player cute and spooky game. #spoopyjam

I ran a successful test with an Azure VM and 2 clients on my machine. The matchmaker is running on the cloud VM exposed to the public network, when players match a call is made to a Node.js process which spins up room servers.
