1: Dolly getting out of the music box

It got unused because it were glitching a lot when i were programming it and i couldn't fix it sadly.
2: Power out mechanic

It were part of the early development of the game, then i decided to discard the power out mechanic to put the one you see in-game, that consists on the door having just 50% and if you close it it will drain pretty quickly, i decided 50% since kelly is the only animatronic that goes to the door, and talking about that...
3: Kelly on door

Inspired in Five Nights At Candy's, kelly were supposed to be standing on the door, of course, i discarded this idea since i liked more the idea of the player using auditory sense, so it were replaced by the mechanic of the final game that consists on hearing if kelly is running to the door to close it on her face, and i think it makes sense since kelly it's a foxy parody.
4: Kelly Power Out jumpscare

This was another funny jumpscare of Kelly, as you know Kelly have a comical jumpscare where her arm falls, but before, she were about to have 2 jumpscares, this one being kelly just shrugging with 0 ideas of how jumpscare you so the sound effect it's just a "boop" or something like that. . .
The jumpscare in action (it's pretty bad):

5: The monitor were about to be the camera button AND control shock device

In older videos, when i were making this game in Game Maker Studio 2, to access to the cameras before you had to click on the monitor, of course as you can see in the game, this mechanic doesn't exist, the reason i'll be honest, i don't remember exactly why i discarded it. . .
6: The begin button

I were planning to put a button that just says "begin" in the title screen and you had to click it, if your mouse were over the begin button it would change its color to make it more dynamic, but after that i made the one that were also unused since it's pretty bad and then i made the traditional fnaf menu abandoning the concept of arcade-type menu.
The button select animation:
