STORY

We all know the story of the BARRIER, which seals monsterkind underground. But deep in the caves of mt. Ebott you’ll find another one, called the SEAL. It does not function as a wall to prevent monsterkind from leaving the mountain, but it keeps something trapped inside of it. Some say it's treasure, some say it's the ANGEL, some say it's a monstrous being...

CRACK!

The light starts to fade, and the SEAL reveals what was kept inside of it: A human, floating in the air. They’re in some kind of... trance. Suddenly, the human snaps out of the trance, and falls unconcious into the ground.

You are Max, the soul of PERSEVERANCE. And if waking up in a strange place wasn’t bad enough, you have no memories of how you ended up so deep underground. The people around you seem to have no clue either. However, they all say that if there’s one person who would have the answer, it would be the king of monsterkind: ASGORE DREEMURR.

Unfortunately, you cannot just go and ask him, because it seems that most of monsterkind would rather take your soul.
