New icons (Tails & Max Relly)

Since this is a story-based game, I decided to make some icons for the characters. These are prototypes

ANNOUNCEMENT!

This may be a total downgrade for the artwork, but it is what it is. I wasn't able to make a background for Metropolis, since I don't have the color pallete for it.

Thanks to @FTH5931 for making this! YES, he is a team member for the game. We're also using Core Framework btw
