also here’s a lore of the creature:

the events before the chapter 4 lore, [LUNATIC_PROTOTYPE] was a human like any other human and before it was turned into the prototype, it's name was alex terrible. but when he was about to fight some lunatic robots that wanted to end his life, the ground begins to shake violently and starts tearing apart, which then led alex to fall down to an portal. and when he got in, he is found in the red void beneath the hellcave. that's where he meeted the UNSATISFIED PRIMAL FEAR (u.m.f). it offered a deal, to become stronger and invincible but it had one price: Work for the U.M.F and become corrupted. alex rejected the offer, but the U.M.F wasn't happy about it. so it manipulated alex to accept the offer, the other plan worked and then the u.m.f turned alex into this creature and alex's name was changed to [LUNATIC_PROTOTYPE]. the prototype has now gotten his own membership with the name of "lunatic council (council of lunacy)".
