Not only New Milhouse is the balloon boy in FTaH 2, he is also withered bonnie as well. Why, because they both lack their left arm and their faces has issues. New Nedlyonette is not only the puppet, he is also mangle due to both of them getting dismantled by kids and got refused to get fixed.
