Well, to answer your question, I've been on hiatus! We're looking for a new artist, and I needed a break to spend time doing other things.

I've been really slow on developing the game, and it's going to take a while, but I'm most likely gonna hire another programmer to help me get some main mechanics finished quickly.

As an independent developer, making an RPG is a huge step. And it's going to take time. So, the game will come out, but maybe not within two years.

I don't want to give a full estimate of the exact release date yet, since I don't exactly have one. But I hope to have a teaser trailer within the next two years.
