What's in the works?

We're currently working on a few mechanics that will drastically change how the game plays out.

1. Siege engines. These will be able to fire onto the enemy base whilst being out of archer range. This will force the defender to come out of his castle and fight the attacker outside his gates.

2. Unit queues. A unit queue will prevent a defender from spamming out units when under attack. In the game's current state it's difficult to bring an end to the match because the instant unit spam can either delay or stop an attack from destroying the enemy flag.

3. A control point in the middle of the map. This would create a new reason to send out units. A control point could for example generate gold or send out units from the middle of the map. We're still deciding on what the control point should do exactly but we're certain that having this objective would enhance the gameplay.

Besides these gameplay changes, there's a lot of smaller changes that will improve the game in various ways.
