It was 102 Dalmatians Puppies to the rescue! It came with my grandpa's newspaper subscription, I played it nonstop and even made my own stories while exploring the levels


You could switch characters by just pressing a button! The dialogue between npcs would be different (but similar) depending who you were playing as

I know it sounds silly, but back in the day it was rare to play with female characters/be able to pick a girl for avatar. I was always so happy when I could pick a girl in games

There were times where I couldn't do a certain platform trick and on my frustration I would change the character and try again, and sometimes that worked so I was like "ok this level is for Domino but if he fails Oddball will take over" sort of thing
