what the heck is this minecraft seed

first of all why is there floating water and HOW IS THAT BIT OF LAVA NOT DISSAPEARING WHEN ITS NOT CONNECTING TO ANYTHING

second of all why is there a structure that is supposed to be hard to find *i think* IN THE OPEN
