I was meant to do a single match as a test to see how bad I was playing as Chun-Li, turns out it was Alpha 3 that made me think like that. I really enjoyed playing as her this time, and it took me less attempts than with Guy himself, might've been the experience.
I might find Alpha 1 and 2 more comfortable to play than 3, it's ironic, because when I first found out about those 2 games I thought "Oh, this thing is too quick" and now what I think about Alpha 3 is "Oh, this thing is too slow". Anyways...
Chun-Li is balanced in casual, beginner play. She has a fair moveset and the fastest walk speed. Compared to Guy, she can't move as freely and she's harder to perform combos with, but her ground play is absolute, making her A-Tier in competitive play.
She has charge supers, it means you have to hold a certain direction before doing the rest of the input for it. I couldn't manage to do any of them besides the Tenshokyaku and Kikoken (Alt.) supers which I performed accidentally, only once or twice. I'm pretty glad Kikosho isn't a charge Super Combo, it's the only thing I can perform naturally.

I got a Perfect match again, you can see it by the icon below her healthbar. Oh, and she can wear her classic (SF2) outfit as a secret, and it also changes her moveset slightly. That version is referred to as Alt. Chun-Li.
I switched between both versions like 2 times through the run. To play as her:
(Arcade) - Highlight Chun-Li, hold Start (5 secs. or such), any button
(Gold) - Highlight Chun-Li, press Start.

And here's her final boss dialogue (also missing a few lines in-between). She's actually one of the main characters on the Alpha series' plot: A group of people searching for Bison to end with him and Shadaloo once and for all.
I don't really know if that's exactly how it goes since I haven't played as Charlie... but with how good I am at using charge moves, I don't think I will do that anyways.
Yep, there's not much else to mention about her, she's one of my favorite Street Fighter characters and I personally like her in the Alpha series more.
Ever since the first Street Fighter Alpha game, her taunt has a hitbox.
In Street Fighter Alpha 2: Gold, she has an EX version, this means it changes her moveset back to the Street Fighter II one. It also makes her wear her classic outfit but with a color change.
To play as her: Highlight Chun-Li, press Start twice
