When I first encountered the Gloom Hands, they literally gave me a sense of fear I have not felt in a very long time. Literally the most unforgettable moment, holy shit!


This reminds me of 6 year old me being absolutely terrified of the guardians in BOTW (Yes, I played BOTW in 2017). Just like the guardians, I'm taking advantage of the Gloom Hands by killing them just to spawn Phantom Ganon then killing Phantom Ganon so I can steal his gloom weapons (I may have fused a gloom sword with a sliver lynel's horn and that turned into a very powerful weapon). The Gloom Hands caught me so off guard while I was looking for a shrine & killed me, I still can't go near gloom puddles without thinking about Gloom Hands being nearby (unless I'm in the depths).

Anyway......
