When is the return to friedrichs where it is just the entire game but the Hue of the screen is just slightly hued green and somehow has the most convoluted and vague story imaginable?

I finally finished all three games but I made this guy after I finished the first and got the vegas ending on the second but maybe ill try and redo this orange turd after I do Dave ofc.
