Keiki = Megumi!? (When the Sculptor Keiki "reborn" into Megumi ("When the Impostor is sus" parody))
Akira here!
I found out that Keiki Haniyasushin's name might be hidden (coincidentally) in Megumi Kiyono's name!
Hoho, the explanation is below:
Megumi's name in kanji, if count the first and last kanji (first part of surname and the given name), it is normally read as Sei-Megumi or Kiyo-Megumi, but reversing the order of both kanji and change the spelling we will get "Keiki", which is a reference to Keiki Haniyasushin (?)
Keiki have sky blue hair in the game, and the spirtes for Megumi in the games shown them with sky-blue hair (despite in the artworks, their hair is light blue; due to the limitations of colors in the PICO-8 palette that is used for my games' sprites (anywhere light blue on the artwork is converted to sky blue in the sprites, and sky blue is converted to dark blue)). Similar?
Keiki's headdress, despite is ancient Japanese in origin, is somewhat similar to a Christian nun's headdress, which can be linked to Megumi as in: Christianity => Angels => Megumi
Keiki is shown having tools on her outfit, similar to how Megumi has a sword on their outfit (it's on their sash).
Keiki is shown with flames at her back, which can be similar to Megumi having a pair of big, majestic, feathery wings on their back (despite that the flames are just displayed for aesthetic (?) purposes and it is shown behind her, unlike Megumi's wings which is a part of their body and they are attatched to their back).
Their attire are somewhat similar: A top with a vest or something similar on top of it, and both wear skirts.
Also, their titles used Latin names (Keiki - Idola Deus (God of Idols); Megumi - Misericordia Archangelus (Archangel of Mercy) (despite that Megumi's title is not actually used in the games, it is used in web literature only))
Also, both got subordinates.
So, what do you think? Is the Keiki-Megumi theory seems logical? Please leave me a comment below!
