Why do I continue to dream of death and destruction?

I have noticed that as of late my dreams have been getting more intense, I wanna list some of these dreams to the best of my memory

Started a while ago with a 3 part dream, weird art style for the 1st and third part, part 1: I was some wolf child who had some book that was taken and attacked the guy who took it. Part 2: some where else, my pov and some other people, we get on a plane that we have control over, going cross country, part 2 ends as we reach our destination. Part 3 back to wolf child pov, trying to hide from some people among a large croud in some sort of cafeteria. Waking from this I felt shaken, with no explanation
I don't have many memories of in-between ones untill this one. It was a short one, me and my mom getting food, when we drove into a concrete barrier and bounce into a nearby body of water, the moment we landed in it I wake with a jolt
Mild one, something with SCP at an airport/center of some sort
It seemed normal at first, hanging out at some other families house, getting food, at some point when at the house, all went silent, suddenly nuclear alarms, a minimal appearing in the corner of my vision with many orange indicators
Another one with driving, me and 3 family members, some thing happens, the driver gets distracted, we drive into the back of another vehicle, all goes black. Some time later I get taken to a strange place for my injuries, hearing that at least one of the people in the car had died. I was taken to a place that was a mix of a play place and a sauna, the steam was said to heal my injuries, while there I met a weird girl, she acted friendly, even giveing me a goodra, but she intended to remove me from existence, as if I never did, the most she was able to do was push me into the spirit realm, but I was able to rewind time and stop her
BUG WARNING! This one was last night, I was in some black mesa conversion for company of heroes when suddenly bugs appeared, suddenly I was in some sort of beach house with a pool with some random woman, researching the hugs that had appeared, some how comeing out of an analog horror series, that would transform people into strange mimic creatures, swarms of them appearing in the house, me flashing back to an indream memory of something like this happening when I was at the house with my dad fixing the front when it happened. Me and the woman run for the pool as the bugs chase us, we get in it as the bugs die in water, when we get to the pump station, she activates 1 lever, as the bugs chase her, she distracting them while I went to the other lever, activating it and flooding the area with water as I saw a ghost kid who I had seen the prior time.
