Why is “Jocelyn” still popping around?


Like, when I first joined GJ, I kept getting alt accounts of Jocelyn follow me for no reason

And now I’m seeing posts from Preppy that Jocelyn is saying a bunch of bs to Bamber?

Sadly I wish I could help but I know nothing of this Jocelyn character-
