WIP for "4 screens 4 games"

Tank screen: Enemy tank is shooting and respawning.

Moles screen: Hammer is moving on snap.

Boxing screen: Just some presets done.

Jump screen: Player respawn if hit obstacle and jump counter added.


Due of lack of times and mobile limitations, the game will be named "4 screens 4 games" instead of "4 layers of 4 games".
