WIP for "Kid busters in toys store" Voice Update.

As requested by @LittleBlueGamer

I added a button (placeholder for now) on the pause menu and started coding a toggle to disable the voices if wanted.

I did the code to play the new voices when scared and changing direction.

Now, only have to do the voice, ez.

While ordering textured sheet books for my incoming game, THIS ONE in particular got a "not responsible" claim about being an "adult only content".
