Looking for helpers for things such as -New Title Screen

-New Camera System

-Title card at start

-level tiles

-And a code that makes sonic angle rotate smoothly instead of instant rotate(like sonic mania)

can anyone help me with telling me how to do smooth slope rotating like sonic mania or sonic 3 remastered?
