Yesterday, FFP:M R turned 5 years old.

5 years later, I still struggle to tell how I feel about this game. I'm always the first to say how terrible it is, yet I can't think about how much I learned from the most catastrophic development process I have ever been through for about half a year, to the point that I'll never be thankful of the game enough.

Despite the countless amount of problems in the game, I am so glad that I made this game, because it showed me how hard making a game really is, even if you were to give a big portion of the game to other people to take care of.

It's not just telling your team to do this and that, you have to keep them motivated, give clear instructions and concepts, maintain the team's morale and make sure they actually enjoy working on the game. Back then I didn't realize how much I was making the development process miserable for everyone, including myself. I started to rush everything, hated working on it and was impatiently waiting for the game's release and moving on. FFP:M R taught me not to ever repeat that mistake.

With all that said, I should once again thank everyone who contributed to the game and helped me learn all these lessons, those being Ray (programming), Murix (modeling), cwaretd (soundtrack), FOKIFOX (editing), Cubby2002 (VA - Original) and ATLAS Emerging (VA - Anniversary), as well as hiccupo, Bluesmg783, the beloved Malek, jnity, RookieReviews and MilkyWaves.

Now that I celebrated the game's anniversary, I should get back to working on my videos and games. It's been a very long and disastrous road, but I'll make sure that it was all worth going through. Thanks for sticking with me throughout the past 7 years!
