Hello FNaF Community! I am Sassafras2468, might remember me from my previous fangame idea "SALVAGE", or more so from my fnaf edits a few years ago.
I am in need of help for my newest fangame idea, which is somewhat a total reboot of SALVAGE (yet again).
However, unlike last time with SALVAGE, I never really had a clear idea of what the game could be, never even had a game plan to begin with. I only really focused on characters, hypothetical mechanics, and overall, mostly just story.
Now? I actually got a general idea of how a game based on Hoaxes, Fan theories, etc. could work!
Mainly, how this type of media wouldn't even work for a story based game, they were never made to even be intended for such in the first place.
I realized this and come up with another idea in the form of a different game format.
What if, a game based on media such as fnaf hoaxes, was built around the very same reason as to why a hoax would be created?...
...and that is to just, have fun?
A friend of mine have been screwing around with the idea and we have made some lovely progress as to how this game would work!
To the gameplay, visuals, and even story, where it's the least important part of said game idea!
Thing is however, me and my friend aren't the most experienced in 3D modeling, Clickteam programming, etc..
that's where you come in!
I'm calling in ANYONE out there who is reading this to help us out! It would be an honor to bring this game to life, and finally put a rest to my fangame dream.
Like I said, we aren't experienced in:
3D Modeling!
While we do have solid designs for our characters, and some environments in the game, we need help to bring said things to life!
Either your a character modeler, environmental modeler, or both! We can take all the help we need!
Programming!
This section is the least amount of experience we have, as we tried to do some ourselves, but with no luck coding some complicated mechanics as practice. So please if interested hmu!
Music(?)
We do have some experience in music making, but not satisfying results in doing so.
We were just gonna do what Scott did for his older games and use stock music, but that doesn't really satisfy us either (not yet at least).
So if you are a musician and are interested in working with us, please contact us!
Conclusion
I'm really excited to try and work on this game, one last time, and finally put the concept to rest.
I have high confidence that this will be a great game, and if you have no idea what this game will offer, check the games description!
Overall, I hope we do get some help, because I know for a fact that it ain't gonna be possible if it's just the 2 of us.
I hope to see you on the flipside! Have Fun!
