Remember the ugly storyboard I shared yesterday?
Here is what it looks like once cleaned!
(and this is the version I send to the publisher for validation ahah)
Another illustration for "Sur un air de printemps"
I decided to mess around with a book template for this one o/
I still hate to draw forests, I need to find ways to make it less awful to draw :')
Wanna know what my first storyboards look like? Here is the one I made for part of chapter 3 of my comic (and yes, even I struggle to understand it x) )
I'll share the clean version tomorrow!
Very serious talk meow meow
It's hard to draw angry faces :') I also don't master the design of my characters for now but a friend that just published his first comic re-assured me because he had the same problem so I feel less alone now ahah
Another comic page sketched out
I think this one will look not amazing once I do the lineart but it will be a "trust the process" one because with colors, it should look cool!
Starting a little special thing for my comic !
Color scripts are usually used in animation, to define the color palette of the movie, but since I have time, I'm making one for my comic!
Each stripe will be 1 chapter of the comic :)
Sorry I'm sharing another boring black and white image ahah, but I think it's important to show the time it takes and the actual steps behind making a comic !
I had to draw a whole city for my comic, so I made a very detailled, very precise and very pretty model on Blender ! (/s)
It helps soooooo much when you cannot visualize 3D elements in your mind like me :')
