Normally “ultra gloss” would not allow a top coat, not even itself. I was able to apply “ultra matte” “Sand Dollar” white over the red without blister. It has a great texture. My “frog tape” and artist tape let me down and took away some gloss on the red.

soooo i may or may not have brought the vest from the event by accident,,

also i got inspired by faith's selfies to do this!!
