For an example, just that Toriel sprite took me like 8 hours starting from a very weird looking head, I turned it to look good and made it Toriel-like. Then I made body, but it was quite slim at first so I fixed it making her arms more far from themselves. After that, I colored it.
Next I started getting the color shades. Then I looked at after how much delay there should be a different shade color, so it looks even. Then I shaded it.
The work was harder than it looks completed. I also had to stick to my design which I personally quite like even doe I am not much of a designer.
It took lot of work.
I also am waiting for new original and awesome tracks for this which I won't share until release so you can have a nice suprise.
I will share main sprites tho. But that is mine work, not my friend's who is a musician.
