[WARNING: THIS ARTICLE HAS SOME SPOILERS FOR THE GAME, SO IF YOU ONLY WANNA KNOW THE GENERAL CHANGES, ONLY READ THE 2 FIRST PARAGRAPH. THANKS]
The main Antagonist (Otherwise called Jolio Jokuma) has quite some changes!!
-- First Part: The general simple changes --
The character is now called Hinata Miyagou, and his personality passes from a monster seeking for power and revenge has his hate and nerves are simple to get, to a cold and stern strange being.
His Lore also changed, as he is now NOT from Jojo: Periples through worlds only, but from the Golden Universe in whole.
He has a different story, but stays a bit similar.
-- Second Part: The appearence changed --
As you may or not know, now Hinata has a different appearence compared to Jolio Jokuma!
Before, he was in generalized fancy clothing, tall, red eyes, brown hair, and that's it, as now, Hinata is much more detailed and a bit differente! ... Although, I won't spoil you ;)
-- Third Part: The Story changes for this game --
This game has not much changed, although... Something far more did.
-- Forth Part: The powerful changes --
The Powers of Jolio Jokuma were used for power seeking, meaning brutal death and violent fight.
As now, Hinata is much more calm, and has new powers, as he is using them strategically, to down the enemy with much effort, even still brutal on some parts.
The power he shows while and after the introduction are quite different.
As Jolio and Hinata, while the introduction, they aren't showing any of their powers.
As Jolio, after the introduction, he uses most of his powers to his adventage, in a brutal fight, but even if he is still undefeatable and powerful, it shows his powers too largly.
As Hinata, after the introduction, he uses small powers, he tries to keep most of them, or use some of them invisibly, as it would make the victim seems to be the bad person.
Jolio was more expressive and emotionful, as he chuckled, laugh, and even could feel some emotions.
As Hinata is cold, stern and emtionless, he only smiles, in a disturbing way. He is no one to be playing with.

Now, Listen to me!
If you are willing to be spoiled the twist of the game, here is a little poeme that tells a bit!
"A far fight, between power and equal, has been fough. Only the strongest won. Although a win is never to be finished."
