*a cage falls down around him*

*the power comes back on and another broadcast starts*
"greetings, citizens. we have here a resident who's been causing a lot of problems for me and my associate for quite a while. you do not recognize him, of course, and once we unmask him very few of you may anyway, but behold!"
*The masked man's mask is pulled off*
