I need someone to help me develop a unique 3D creature for my horror game, since I've never done it before

Devlog 1/12/2021: There are Death Sights that will indicate that the victim is indoors. This will make searching more complex since you have to enter establishments and pin point the location. Cheap apartments like above can be found in the slum area.
