I got reported and banned for using 2 alts and spamming in local chat. So, its been 2 months since i used 2 alts, i didn't knew this is bannable. I promise, i don't farmed my alt. And I promise i'll never use 2 alts again. Can you guys forgive me, please?

Hello my df name is Melt. The reason I got banned was that I used my normal account (Melt) and my alt (Melty) at the same time, using PC and mobile. I didn't realize this results in a ban. I'm sorry for what I have done, this will never happen ever again
