I just found out I very probably have OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder). OCD is characterized by obsessions (intrusive thoughts, images, or urges) and compulsions (behaviors or mental acts people feel compelled to do in response to the thoughts).

I feel anxiety, depression, anger, guilt.

It's very easy to go against someone, but when It's you that people are going against, It's very hard, It's a completely different story.
