do your stats get wiped when your unbanned? or is it for certain tier bans

me and my friend account got banned are user names are cubs12345 and Bubs12345 we are different people but they thought we were some kind of person that is cuba that IS NOT us and thought it was alts of him so please un ban us thank you for your time :)
