Pressing Shift or X while selecting "Play offline mode" will show old version of the first selection screen. Logging in after it in multiplayer will crash the game. (Without code error report.)

What's the percentage that the diamiond enemies appear after collecting all the pogs needed? I haven't really noted any difference.

I've had an Idea, What if when someone (probably a sans of some kind) explains to you about orange attacks, and says to remember "Orange Automatic Doors" ?
(also I tought about Annoying Dog/Toby Dog being a secret boss or secret midboss)
