The two best items that regenerate HP are DARK WORLD. Choco Diamond and Hearts Donut, this image shows where the items are sold, the two regenerate 35 HP!

If you are going to choose a character, choose the character of the type: Fighthing, they are the best for the PVP, and if I were you, I would fight against the characters of the type: Fire, Eletric and Water, they are perfect characters to make LP!
