What is happening?

oh hey, i just encountered this bug that happens to other players (including me) that is the pvp get softlocked and i have to close and open the game AGAIN so.... i don't know if you will fix it

I got a t4 ban because I tried using exagear (windows emu) to verif my account. I did not know I was doing and I got banned, for file manipulation when I never manipulated my files, please unban my account;
