How do i get the name badge to my name like, that i can see it and can i get a genocide name badge if i have 2 spares on my account and level 23?

I need some help!

My game keeps crashing when I try to do ANY online activity (login, register, etc.)

I tried to allow firewall connection w/ the game but that resulted in a bluescreen (somehow).

how can I fix that?
