Why isn't the "Account Recovery" button working? I wanted to play the game again in 4 years but, I don't have the password noted nor I can remember it (I'm using duckduckgo browser btw) [I just realised that's for multiplayer, I can still play alone]

So i was grinding pogs, y'know to get the rainbow thingy. Everything went smoothly until a few hours ago one of the pogs suddenly vanished(like just poof, gone) when i was checking my stuff in the game. I don't know what to do now, pls help

I joined in not full 2 days ago, the game it self is fun but about the ban. Im not really sure how i got banned all I did was being nice to others and wasnt spamming or fixing spelling mistakes is asking ppl to fight offensive? Please unban me
