I got banned whilst with some buddies for "cheating", although I wasn't cheating. We got online & noticed that all the hub portals were open, so we explored and whilst I was in there I got disconnected, leading to me logging back in banned.

Hey Admins, can you please unban me from Don't Forget? I know I messed up by saying the n-word, and I'm really sorry for that. I promise I won't ever say it again. All my progress is gone thanks to my dumb actions.

I can log in to my Df account via mobile device. However, it looks like you can't log in because you're cheating on PC. However, I did not attempt to cheat in any way. If there is something like auditing the account, that can also be done.
