do your stats get wiped when your unbanned? or is it for certain tier bans

When i enter any new name in the register page. It alwaus says "name taken" even if i type a name that is not existing. Why?

I got banned for unknown reasons, and it sucks. I really hope that I can regain my account back, (It's TheJusRandomGuy.) because I like playing online with everyone. I hope you can restore my account, or tell me just why it was banned. Hope you read this!
