so in offline mode, i unlocked the true lab and there is a roadblock and i cant go further, same thing in snowdin forest when Papyrus is building some puzzles. when does the roadblock move? and how to get deltarunes? (offline mode)

im just wondering i noticed you can use the pvp list outside of the pvp room unless there is a rule about it im wondering
why is no one using pvp outside of the pvp room?

hey guy i got a question why does people with low connection alway win in pvp cause one guy had a poor connection and he was immune to slowdown or confuse he was playing like at normal speed and he made the hitbox gitchy as well cause i got some weird hit
