hello i forgot my password but when i click the recover account button in the game it just doesnt do anything please help me

hihii! i played this all the time a lot of years ago, the one on my desktop is still v2.4 lol. so i was wanting to go back on there for nostalgia, and when i typed in my password it just freezes and doesnt let me in. is there something i can do?

I apologize for any disruption. but is there a way to decompile the old DF 2018 demo? i would like to add a new outfit in but have no idea how to decompile it. RickyG has given me permission to do so. if anybody can help with this thanks.
