I just downloaded the game and I also extracted the file but still my game can't connect. İt says it's connecting but it not

how do i delete saves in online mode (the deleting all saves doesn,t work crashes the game)

idk if ppl asked but for some reason: When you lower the music volume in dfc, the game sounds will be much louder, but if you play some music from other media, the game sounds will be fixed, which is very weird and annoying.
