should i see a doctor for my anxiety and possibly depression?

i show some signs of depression, isolation, lack of motivation, not to mention i have bad anxiety from my borderline abusive father. it hurts more to smile than to cry. i also might be bipolar.
well, i just spent 20 minutes writing out a long, heartfelt paragraph about my insecurities and problems just for it do accidentally get deleted. whatever you wouldn't care anyway.
should i open up about my insecurities and problems to you guys? bc i keep them on the inside all the time so i dont come off as super insecure or depressed. but its hard.
