Underfell: notcar'ed - sans.
Basically I asked @Mr_rnocar 
to make his own underfell sans design and an overworld sprite.
The overworld sprite on the left is his work.
(if you comment your own original design and an overworld sprite I might do it next)
Change something with Indie-Pendence Trio Phase 1 Sprite Sheet (Sans Torso and Arms now separated from the old one)
