Just ran a virus scan and the driver suddenly started working, my mouse is back!
(I think it had something to do with my device needing an update lol)
So... for some reason, my laptop's touchpad stopped working.
Restarting the driver isn't fixing it, so...
Guess I'm stuck with a touch screen and stylus until I can sort it out. :P
